Paul Halpern

Since 1971, it has been my privilege to help families realize their home ownership dreams. First, as a developer and builder on Long Island, then working my way up to the Hudson Valley in 1978 where I put down roots and raised a beautiful family of four children and now, 6 grandchildren.

I have appeared before planning, zoning and town boards throughout Orange and Sullivan Counties. All of this has given me the knowledge and insight to guide you along the process of building on raw land, buying a house, selling a house, renting or investing, including commercial properties.

My wife, who is an Orange County native, and I love this area which has meant so much to us. We are a family of community minded people, and we will do everything we can for the benefit of our neighbors. Carmella is a career, old school, registered nurse who has spent more than 30 years caring for others.

I have had the good fortune to be a Rotarian, a past president of our house of worship, an advisory board member for 10 plus years at Middletown High School for their Career Academies program, a member of the Board of Directors at Garnet Health (formerly Orange Regional Medical Center), Past Chairman of the Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation as well as the honor of being a member of the committee that planned and built the first new free standing hospital in New York State in 20 years.

I know nothing other than “Service Above Self.”  This is how I will treat you and your family. Whether buying, selling, renting, or investing, I will be the Realtor by your side from beginning to beyond closing. I have been making new relationships and friendships for 50 years now and I am not ready to stop.
