Jim Kuroski

Jim is a lifelong Goshen resident who has built his career on relationships, trust, and service to others. Having spent decades in the wine and spirits industry, he worked with thousands of clients across the Hudson Valley. His approach was simple but powerful—listen closely, understand people’s goals, and do everything possible to help them succeed. Those same values guide his work today in real estate.

Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and Jim believes it deserves both personal care and professional expertise. He combines a strong knowledge of the Goshen area with modern tools and resources to ensure his clients always have the best information available. Just as important, he is known for being approachable, responsive, and committed—someone clients can count on to be there every step of the way.

What truly motivates Jim is his love for Goshen and the people who call it home. He takes pride in helping families put down roots in the community he has cherished his entire life. Beyond real estate, he actively contributes to local life. In the past year, he helped launch the Goshen History Journal, preserving and sharing the stories that make the town special.

Outside of work, Jim’s greatest passion is music. He is an avid guitar collector who believes in always learning, improving, and creating—a philosophy that carries into his professional life as well.
